At present, the production methods of hydroxycobalt amine salt are mainly as follows.
(1) Use cyanocobalamin as the precursor to add a chemical reagent for chemical reaction, and then the extraction method is the solvent method, that is: after extraction with phenol-chloroform, acetone, and carbon tetrachloride, the solution is treated with hydroxycobalt The corresponding acid of the amine salt adjusts the PH to convert it into the corresponding hydroxycobalt amine salt, and then statically crystallizes, suction and drying to obtain hydroxycobalt amine salt. The process of preparing hydroxycobalt amine salt by solvent method has not been adopted because of its use of a large number of organic solvents, complex operation, heavy environmental pollution and great occupational hazards.
(2) The precursor used is cyanocobalamin.
